Service Quality Index of Teaching in Physical Education: The First Draft of Its Construction

With the upcoming age of quality, the meaning and pursuit of quality has expanded into nonprofit organizations, contributing to a revolution in the education field. Teaching in physical education must integrate itself into the trend in search of the premium teaching quality. The paper, based on 'A conceptual model of Service Quality' introduced by Parasurman, Zeithaml and Berry, evaluates the characteristics of P.E. teaching, and further develops a mode of teaching quality in P.E. teaching. The paper also attempts to construct the perception dimension and intension of P.E. teaching according to the five dimensions of the service quality of P.Z.B. model. The paper aims to explore and measure a new field of teaching quality in physical education, providing it as a reference for the successors.
隨著品質時代的來臨，品質的意義與追求已拓展至非營利組織，造成敎育界改革風潮。體育敎學也必須融人此一風潮，追求卓越的敎學品質。本研究引用Parasurman、Zeithaml and Berry等學者所發表「服務品質概念性模式」，考量體育敎學的特性研擬出體育敎學服務品質模式，並根據P.Z.B.的服務品質五大構面嘗試整理出體育敎學的知覺構面與內涵，探索衡量體育敎學服務品質新領域，供研究體育敎學品質之參考。
