In addition the paper will evaluate the characteristics of water and inorganic electrolyte loss. There were very large differences in cardiovascular function, metabolism, perspiration and body temperature regulation between elementary and secondary school students, when exercising in a hot ambient environment. With this knowledge it is important that physical education classes be carefully developed, relative to duration and exercise intensity, when students are expected to be exposed to high ambient temperatures. Students should be encouraged to consume fluids, before, during and following exercise classes. Fluid replacement beverages should contain 6% carbohydrate and 18mMol/L of sodium.</p><p>本文闡述了熱環境下中小學生體育活動時身體的生理生化變化,尤其是水鹽丢失的途徑和特點,並對如何科學地組織安排中小學生的體育課,如何在課前、課中和課後合理地補充水和電解質提出了建議。</p>}, number={2}, journal={Asian Journal of Physical Education & Recreation}, author={ZHANG, Yun Kun and CHIN, Ming Kai}, year={1999}, month={Dec.}, pages={49–54} }
