The 99 male subjects (38 to 55 years) were recruited from road-racing clubs and Taipei city or country. The physical activity levels were assessed by 7-day recall designed questionnaire. The blood lipids were collected for analysis after 48 hours rest from last bout of exercise. The subjects were assigned to several groups according to their percentile of the measured variables and one-way ANOVA was used for the lipids data comparisons. The result indicated the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and TC/HDL-C (the higher high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C) levels of the high METS group (43.50 METS) were significantly lower (p<0.05) than those of low METS group (<35.57 METS). The middle-aged men with either higher physical activity levels had a tendency to improve blood lipid profiles.</p><p>本研究的主要目的在於比較不同等級身體活動量在心血管疾病危險因子(血脂質)之差異。受試者為99名中年男性,平均年齡為46.22 ± 7.43歲,身鼻167.42 ± 5.88公分,體重67.97 ± 8.66公斤。本研究將身體活動量以百分位法分成低、中、高三組作比較。所獲得的資料和測驗分析值,以單因子變異數分析處理,結果發現:高身體活動等代謝量組(>43.50 METS)在總膽固醇、三酸甘油酯、總膽固醇/高密度脂蛋白膽固醇的比值顯著低於低身體活動等代謝量組(<35.57 METS)。其餘各組之間在心血管疾病危險因子的血液生化值皆未達顯著差異。</p>}, number={1}, journal={Asian Journal of Physical Education & Recreation}, author={WANG, Hsiu Hua}, year={2003}, month={Jun.}, pages={74–80} }
