“人是生命”判斷是《周易》的邏輯基點，也是具備明確中國哲學史意義的根本命題，因此，深入分析該命題無疑會增進我們對於《周易》哲學的瞭解。本文將以中國哲學史尤其《周易》爲背景，圍繞存有論、宇宙論、人生論及價值論等幾個方面對這個命題展開分析，以期限定出基於該命題的哲學體系在具體開展時的邏輯可能與應該。

The judgment “Man is life”, as the logical base point of The book of Changes, is the fundamental philosophical proposition in terms of its concise significance in the history of Chinese philosophy. Therefore, the profound analysis of this proposition will undoubtedly give rise to the improvement of our understanding about the philosophy of The Book of Changes. Based on the history of Chinese philosophy, especially The Book of Changes, this paper will discuss the proposition by analyzing the related theories of ontology, cosmology, the theory of human life, and ethnics in an effort to prescribe the logical possibilities as well as the necessities of the philosophical system which is based on the above-mentioned proposition “Man is Life” in the course of its development.
