This paper introduces some of the commercial concepts in facility management, including establishment of sports clubs, promotion of facilities, organization of sports training courses, commercial sponsorship and setting up of sports shop. An effective management depends on the scale of provision of facilities, good management skills, flexible charging policies and professionally trained personnel.
本文章介紹有關商業化設施管理的概念,包括興建會所、組織體育訓練課程、商業贊助、體育用品店等。高質素的管理是有賴於設施的供應、良好的管理技巧、靈活的收費政策及專業的人事訓練。
