LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract in English only.
Mark Cherry’s critical reflection on same-sex marriage is based on a general discussion of the culture war between the traditional view of the family and the liberal view. He discloses three kinds of social and moral risks in the cultural transformation from the traditional family to the post-modern family, and casts doubt on the goal of the legalization of same-sex marriage in contemporary society.
