Abstract

This commentary discusses the problem of the ethical integrity of same-sex marriage raised by Fang. It argues that same-sex marriage does not necessarily have an ethical integrity problem: same-sex couples can be modern Confucians with no conflict with the fundamental doctrines of Confucianism.
